Account Executive

Minimum College or University Undergraduate Completion or equal work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years minimum in sponsorship and/or partnership account management or key account management position representing all aspects of a sponsor(s) activation, event planning and execution, relationship management, ROI reporting, etc.
25-50% travel required

UI/UX Designer

Create visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity through personas, storyboards, scenarios, mood boards, photography and illustrations, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, and icons
Create light weighed style guides and robust design systems to promote one consistent visual direction.
Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually
Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented


5+ years experience designing for digital products
A positive attitude, open mind, and a desire to collaborate and learn
A burning desire to solve problems ranging from big picture strategy to the fine details
An excellent on-line portfolio showcasing UX, UI and visual design work for mobile
Experience launching native mobile app products working closely with product management and engineering teams


You’ll develop innovative and effective creative executions that build brand equity, strengthen guest loyalty and, ultimately, drive sales. Specifically, you’ll use your skills, experience and talents to develop innovative ideas for advertising campaigns and the in-store environment, while working closely in collaboration with a Designer 0r Art Director. You’ll then be responsible for bringing each idea to life by crafting headlines, scripts and supporting copy that are consistently in tune with the clients brand voice. You’ll also assist in the preparation of pitches and presentations, as well as see all work through every phase of production.

– 4-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience
– 1-3 years of writing experience in advertising and/or retail
– Ability to tailor your writing to a specific brand voice and a range of business categories
– Skilled in managing and executing complex projects at many different stages
– Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
– Portfolio of samples showcasing exceptional creative and conceptual writing

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager works collaboratively with other colleagues to increase sales across lines of business. Responsibilities encompass full cycle sales including: target identification, lead generation, securing and managing client meetings, listening and understanding client needs, addressing client concerns/objections, managing Subject Matter Experts in defining opportunities, proposing solutions, negotiating, obtaining LOE’s and closing the deal.

Must demonstrate a sustained (3+ years) and successful track record selling professional services
Demonstrated track record of success working with senior level management in a fast paced growth environment is essential
Full sales cycle experience is required: Prospect, Identify opportunities, Propose Solutions (writing proposals), Negotiate, Close
Strong written and verbal English skills, quality-oriented proposal writing and proposal management experience
Ambitious, driven and self-motivated personality adaptable to a fast paced high volume and high velocity sales organization
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
Willing to travel throughout the US, estimated up to 90%
